My Item is faulty, what do i do?

Please refer to our returns page in order to find out how to have your problem solved.

I am missing an item from my order.

Please ensure the item isnt lost amongst the wrapping or stuck to the inside of the parcel. If you still cant find the item, please contact us at vtstudioshelp@gmail.com.

I have received the wrong item or size.

Please contact us at vtstudioshelp@gmail.com. In order to get your problem solved as soon as possible, subject the email as 'Wrong Item'. This email should include, The order number, name and item that was received.

I didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation.

Make sure you have checked spam and junk folders to ensure the automatic notification has been sent there. Tracking numbers will be sent directly from VT Studios to your email or SMS. If you have not received tracking within 7-14 business days please contact us at vtstudioshelp@gmail.com.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, as well as Paypal and Apple-pay.
