FAQ & Shipping
We aim to send all orders places within 2 days. However, this may take sometimes be extended to 3-4 days due to a high level of orders placed.
UK Shipping - £3 (Free delivery on orders over £45)
All orders within the uk are sent First Class signed for which is aimed to be delivered the next working day. ( Maximum 2-3 Working Days )
Orders to France and Germany - £8 (Free delivery on orders over £80)
All orders to France and Germany are sent Internationally Tracked and Signed for. This usually takes around 3-4 days to be delivered.
Orders to the Rest of the World - £10 (Free delivery on orders over £80)
All Worldwide orders are sent Internationally Tracked and Signed for. This Usually takes around 7 days to be delivered however may take longer if the item is held at customs.
How do i track my order?
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. This email will contain a link to the Royal mail website where you will be able to track your parcel. If you have not received please check all spam and junk folder.
If you have not received an Email or Text with tracking information after a week of ordering please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or Vtstudios_ on Instagram.
I have ordered the wrong size or colour
Due to us processing all orders within 1-2 days you will have to contact us as soon as possible so we can change this for you. Please Contact email@example.com and we will get this resolved.
I have received the wrong item or Size
If you have received the wrong item or size please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get this resolved as soon as possible.
I have received my order and the item is faulty
If you have received your order and there is something wrong with the items please contact email@example.com and we will get this resolved as soon as possible.
What type of payment methods can i use
We accept all types of major debit and credit cards. We also accept Paypal and Apple pay.
Once we have shipped the order and provided tracking information we are not responsible for loss, damage or custom fees and will not issue a refund under these circumstances.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless we have sent an incorrect item or product with damage. In this case, please provide a receipt and photos of the damage or incorrect item.
